DISCOVER MY FIT

Discovering "My Fit" takes the pieces of who you are and puts them in a framework that helps you see the picture God intended for your life.  Once you take these assessments, you should have a better sense of how God made you!

Take one or all of these to keep learning more and more about who you are and what your role might be in the local church.

1. Spiritual Gifts Test 

This is a series of questions that you can answer and then score.  You will see your top gifts that have the highest numbers.  Below is a PDF download of the Assessment.  You'll want to download and print it.  Don't forget to input your scores in your My Oakbrook profile after you find your gifts!  You should allow approximately 30 minutes to fill this out.

2. Personal Style

Your Personal Style indicates your "personality" or "temperament".  This is given by God. There's no right or wrong style, just different styles.  It can clear up how God wired you to interact with people!  Below is a PDF download of a Personal Style Assessment.  Download this PDF, print it, and discover your Personal Style!

3. Passions 

Discovering what your Passions and Abilities are helps you in finding your God-given Passion!  This assessment can help you find your calling.  Below is a PDF download of a Passion Assessment.  Download this PDF, print it, and find your God-given Passion!

4. Myers Briggs

This is a version of the classic Myers Briggs personality test.  It will help you see how you're wired and how you interact with others.  This is an online version of the test.  It takes about 12 minutes and will unpack some of your results for FREE.  

5. Predictable Success

Predictable Success is an organizational growth and leadership development model rooted in the seven stages of growth and occasional decline that any organization will go through regardless of size or industry.

The model is used to help leaders at any level of an organization identify the processes, structures and people needed to deliver consistent, high-quality growth decisions and to push ownership and self accountability down to every level of the organization.

6. The Enneagram
