Monday Morning ReCap #14:

This morning my thoughts are consumed by the tragedy in Haiti so this post will focus on this country in such great need...

•Please join me in praying all throughout the day for this country. Pray for those leading the relief effort. Pray that medical supplies, food and water will get to the people fast today! Pray for those providing medical care and help. Pray for the missionaries in Haiti as they minister to people facing such devastating loss. Pray for the military as they provide order and safety in the chaos. Pray that God will draw people to Christ during this difficult time. Pray that God will bring good out of this tragedy as only he can!

•So thankful for the safety of Bruce Donald and Curtis Stout as they serve God in Haiti! I believe God put Curtis and Bruce in Haiti for such a time as this. Keep praying for these guys and their families.

•We have another trip to Haiti planned for April 2010. Pray that this trip will happen if God wants it to happen. With this new reality there will be new opportunities to serve-ask God to give us wisdom as we continue to serve him in Haiti.

•Take some time today and like Mary sit at the feet of Jesus and thank him for all the wonderful blessings we have in our great country. Plenty of food and water well build homes, amazing health care. I don't know about you but when I watch the news about Haiti the challenges in my life seem so small and insignificant.

•May God use our prayers and our generosity to bring hope and healing to Haiti!
